"I would have giving a 5star review all around because it was just so beautiful. But i just did not like the fact that i asked to reserve the hot tub an was told it was book, mind you i didnt have a problem that it was booked my problem was that i went to check around the area that day an no one was using the hot tube. I was really disappointed because most the staff in the dining area an the ones you encountered were very nice ."

The "TukTuks" (the only available transportation) should charge you around $25 Quetzales to take you to the hotel.
