"Ordinarily we stay in the Westminster area but on this trip we decided to stay in the Tower Bridge area and we were totally satisfied with the surroundings, the hotel as a whole was very inviting...There are renovations going on to update the property but there was still much to love about this establishment...We had a wonderful view and found that the surrounding area offered food fare right across from the hotel that gave some variety if we opted not to eat at the hotel's Vicinity restaurant which was also a good option! I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The staff, room service, availability of taxis and just the kindness we experienced was truly heartwarming...We have been to London multiple times and the Tower Hotel is a plus in our book!"
