"Such a bad experience! Horrible service and rude staff. The lady in the front desk would not let us check in, claiming that she didn’t have our reservation even do we had already paid. I do not recommend this place! Wrong address and phone number And I still haven’t received my money back."

"We were traveling in Sri Lanka for almost 4 weeks. We wanted a more expensive and more luxurious hotel for our last nights. That's why we choose Dolphin Beach. When we came, we didn't get any time to land. The manager was in a rush and it was not comfortable. We had an amazing room, a 'tentalow' but everything was a little bit wet.
