Hopefully it is more than paint and carpet......there are moisture issues from lack of bathroom ventilation and perhaps prior leaky pipes. The HVAC unit needs a through cleaning to remove the mildew smell"

"The townhouse is very clean, which is a huge plus. It is conviently located for getting around the Cincinnati area. It is on a busy street, which does add noise from traffic and businesses across the street. These include multiple food options, which is convenient, and there is a nice grocery store nearby. The beds are comfortable; they are some kind of memory foam, so they do get a little warm as you sleep. We stayed for a week, and the townhouse was great for our visit to the area."
