"A very professional and traditional luxury style hotel on one side (make sure to check which) of the airport, for a very generous price. Especially generous and assistive staff."

"This is a once in a lifetime experience. There are no words to explain how beautiful it is there. The staff truly care about it’s patrons and were so kind. Brylle and Vanessa were fantastic. Along with all of this food and beverage department. Everything was excellent. On top of everything else that was so great, there were actual monkeys outside our deck along the limestone cliffs having breakfast."

"Ste staffs was very helpful"

"We usually stay at the New World Hotels and the one in Manila was good, but definitely not the same standard as the other New World hotels. They need to improve the breakfast options, cleaning and customer service of the front counter staff . Great service from the security, wait staff and the bar service at the pool!!"
