"Las instalaciones son bonitas. El lugar y la comida es buena pero el buffet es muy repetitivo. La aplicación para reservar restaurantes no funciona y no brindan muchas opciones a la hora de reservar en recepción. El personal no tiene una buena actitud. La zona de snacks está muy lejos debería ser para llevar los snacks. Deberían mantener con aire acondicionado la zona de la comida. Deberían dejar botellas de agua a diario en las habitaciones."

"Excelente servicio y horarios de Shuttle al aeropuerto"

"Courteous and helpful staff. A bit too close to the train tracks but fortunately the last train was about 10 PM"

"Incredibly charming colonial architecture that took us back in time. We had a nice view of the mountains. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, their restaurant recommendations for typical local food were spot on - simply delicious!. Breakfasts could do with more variety."

"Es una experiencia inolvidable y vale toda la pena!! El hotel está arriba en la montaña y tiene unas vistas espectaculares! Además los cuartos domos y cápsulas son únicos. Lo recomiendo 100%"

"The vent smelled like sewage. Bed linen was soiled. Our room was near the bar and above the laundry. It was very noisy"

"An absolutely perfect hotel after trekking Inca trail for 3 nights backpacking and lack of showers. You can only imaging the sheer exuberance I had when I saw the hotel and met the staff. The breakfast was amazing. We were Upgraded to a better room with an amazing view of the Cusco. Wish we were there for another night!"

"First time staying here! Beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms, Larcomar shopping plaza is about a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a Western Union for currency exchange. Miraflores is a very walkable city, so much to see. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming, housekeeping was great, and every in-room dining meal was absolutely delicious. I didn’t get a chance to try the hotel restaurant because I wanted to eat at the local restaurants and...

"Very comfortable and modern rooms, at international standards. Beautiful view over Cusco, near Santa Ana Plaza. Be aware of the significant uphill walk from historic area, however it's very easy and inexpensive to get taxi or rideshare if tired. Front desk staff were not welcoming and did not explain anything about the hotel. Room service food was delicious and those staff were very kind. The room was kept in great condition by Lenin - much appreciated."

"Breakfast at the top floor, panoramic was great on morning for breakfast and the staff was excellent (Mr.Wilson, Julie & Luis)"

"Everyone loved this hotel. Highly recommend."
