"A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit. Breakfast was lovely and service excellent."

"The rooms were good. Liked the dog bed and treats waiting for the pups. The cleanliness of the room was great, the furniture in the bar was a bit stained but as most of the people were dog lovers or hikers so we didn’t really see the problem as we are all covered in one thing or another!! "If you're looking for a quiet seaside break in a hotel with a bit of history this is a lovely place to try. The large garden has a clifftop view of the sea and a it's only a short walk down to the beach. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy an afternoon tea or cocktail with friends. If you head away from Cromer, the beaches are sandy and largely empty.
