"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

"Terrible experience. When we arrived at the property, the place was very dirty, poorly maintained, and in very bad condition. It was obvious that there had been no proper upkeep. The condition was so bad that we decided not to stay and had to leave immediately. Even so, we were not given a refund. I find it unacceptable to charge guests for a property in that condition and then refuse to refund them when they cannot even stay there. I do not recommend it at all."

The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. "My crew & I booked for three nights & stayed here not even 24 hours. The women at the property was very welcoming she wasn’t one of the host. If you are afraid of infestation do not book here. I understand rules & policy we all have them,when your guest check out not even 24 hours after check in you should be willing to accommodate them 100%. No I’m not saying a full refund but geeesshhhh act like you have a heart & refund a portion of their funds. "

"Had the best couple days at Caicos Beach Villa. Regine was awesome so super friendly, Jessica the owner seemed like a genuinely nice person and was quick to offer suggestions or answer my questions. The beach was spectacular, the house was amazing, & North and middle Caicos just blew my mind. We saw turtles every day, a couple stingrays, conch, many types of fish. Had the best time with my girlfriend and another couple can’t recommend this place enough. Will def be returning. "
