"The room is huge and clean with good amenities. The maids did a very good job daily. There is no breakfast; however, the property is very close to the major shops and restaurants in Grace Bay (also to the biggest grocery store). The staff is very friendly and check in on you daily, asking if there's anything they can improve on. I saw concerning comments about the hotel surroundings, particularly about safety. "Called front desk 3 times about no internet connection in room, no reply or anyone coming to check same.Food and drinks at resort were good but expensive especially drinks!Need better signs to locate buildings and gym areas.Pool was somewhat dirty."

"Nevhm, I’m spelling her name wrong but from England was one the best staff and made my trip very warm and comfortable. Very attentive and very communicative. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only draw back, no private chair area on the beach."

"The towels gave me a ring worm that hasn’t went away yet idk if it was from the sheets or the towels . The towels and sheets need to be washed properly other wise the space was nice ."

"Allowed me to exchange my beach towels anytime I wanted, had plenty of other soaps and shampoos available if you lost any during the flight, they asked me if I needed anything every morning at my door, make sure you get there before 10 cause they close the front desk"

"Wasn’t too bad staff was very helpful and informal about things to do outside of the hotel. Only problem is the pool are could be a little better like fixing the jacuzzi it works but no bubbles."
