"Home is lovely, spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of four but could have easily accommodated a larger family. Best thing about this property is the on island house manager, Regine. It is like having a sister on the island who has your back. She was extremely responsive and helpful. It gave our family a bit more confidence to lean into the adventure of the island knowing we had someone to call. Highly recommend this vacation rental."

"I had an amazing journey on this trip. I actually cried when I got on the airplane to go back home. I have been treated with nothing but love and kindness my entire experience from the front desk and the owner to the staff the my two favorite people Ms.Willis and Mr. Kenneth were amazing. The food was excellent customer service, top-tier and the serenity on this beautiful paradise Island and I Love it!!! Many people were intrigued from my photos I shared on social media and they wanted to know where exactly I was. I will only tell a few vetted people who I believe. I deserve it for this Paradise and quality care. I can go on for days about how beautiful this experience was and also I would like to thank Michael for connecting to everything I needed to make the cherry on top of my vacation. this place gets 100 stars. "We enjoyed our stay on the island and meeting with Mrs. Delancy was a pleasure. She was kind in meeting us at the dock and we followed her back to the cottage where she gave us a welcoming tour of the house. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The cottage was in a secluded area and about 5 minutes down a rocky road, but we felt safe and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The water pressure was adequate in the bathroom and shower. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was close to one of our favorite beaches on the island. We would be happy to stay here again. Thank you Mrs. Delancy. "

"Booked this somewhat last minute and glad we found it! Traveling with teens so it was nice to have room to spread out, the house is really quite large, we didn’t even really use the entire downstairs floor. Recently renovated and attractive. Good location in Bottle Creek, right near the Promenade which was nice for a daily walk. Lots of friendly goats to befriend! Easy drive to North shore beaches or to Middle Caicos. Dragon Cay on Middle Caicos is unbelievable and we went a few times. House had what we needed, we cooked at home quite a bit. Also very close to the only ATM On the island! Overall, highly recommend. And if price is a concern I don’t think you’ll find a better value anywhere on Provo, North or Middle! "

"High Rock House is in a central location in Bottle Creek, making it easy to get to all locations on North and Middle Caicos. The property was clean and the owners were very accommodating. Wifi wasn't working when we arrived, but they came and fixed it a few hours later. The reason for the 3 stars is that the photos shown are of a completely different apartment. Additionally, the toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle did not work. Another small complaint was the bedroom blinds cannot shut out the bright light from an outside bulb. I was able to cover the window with a towel, which helped.Other than these issues, the host was very kind and it was more than enough for us to enjoy the beauty of these islands."
