"Nice clean villa steps to the beach. As advertised. The only issue was the internet which kept dropping off. This trip was partly a work trip so a functioning internet was important to me. The host Yvette was very responsive via the text however individual answering the phone number provided at the property was not helpful at all. Would recommend unless internet is really impitoyable you"

"Stayed a few days organizing our contractors a few miles away. Very convenient to treasure cay and our lot. The mattress was amazingly comfortable. Light cooking only, no stoveHostess Lynn was a fountain of info and very helpful. Quiet and peaceful. We had a great time."

"Overall we had a great time at Ivan's villa. The villa itself is fairly basic, but the place was clean and comfortable. But, we weren't there for the villa. The beach is amazing and was basically deserted while we were there, 3.5 miles of beach and maybe 50-100 people in sight each day. The villa is just steps from this amazing beach and blue water and is also located a short walk from a convenience store, liquor store, and Cafe Florence and those amazing cinnamon buns. Check in was very easy...

The location is in a beautiful community right on the best beach in Abaco. We met some terrific people from the other Villas that will hopefully become lifelong friends. "We had a wonderful time in Treasure Cay! Loved having the beach so close and access to a heated pool. Strongly recommend going to Greek Turtle Cay and renting a golf cart for the day! "

"The property is conveniently located near enough to Marsh Harbor to be able to quickly go there to buy groceries or go to restaurants etc., but far enough away so you feel like you are the only person or people on the beautiful Treasure Cay beach. Unit has cook top, microwave and small fridge, but with a separate freezer so you can buy a few frozen foods for convenience."

"There are plenty of places to eat out and the small grocery store at the end has a good variety of items. The location of the property is second to none! My only issue with the property is how uncomfortable the seating is in the living room. "

"Clean and roomy, absolutely beautiful beach, quiet area. Really recommend if you want a calming vecation. Dough (the host) was really easy to communicate with and will answer the same day if you have any questions. You should have a car or golfcart to get around. "
