"Great place "

"This is our third year staying at this lovely cottage. Every year we have arrived to find upgrades to the property. The new kitchen appliances were very nice. And the new patio furniture is a great addition! As always, Ken and Margaret were very helpful. We are already planning to return next year… We truly feel this is the best accommodation for us… quick easy walk to both Coco Bay beach and ocean beach, comfortable living space and fully equipped kitchen, and reasonably priced. Thank you for another great vacation stay!"

"This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!"

"We enjoyed a week at Shore Beats Work. It was my husband, 21-year-old daughter, and 19-year-old son. We rented a boat and golf cart and spent our days and nights exploring. The house was wonderfully clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The communication with Misty was fast and helpful. The views were great. It was fun to go across to the peninsula and play. We saw dolphins, sharks, rays, walking starfish...a whole array of wildlife. It was a great vacation!"

"We stayed at this property in mid April and absolutely loved it! It was cozy and convenient and well supplied (towels and chairs). The location is perfect. Note: if you haven’t done this trip before, bring cash! The taxi ride is 100 each way, cash only. Cash at most places. shop in town before arriving, the coffee maker is drip, and I would get plastic/paper cups and plates if staying longer and cooking more. I cannot wait to return! "

"This property is pristine! We had a group of 9 and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The house is easily big enough to accommodate such a large group. Also, the outdoor space is welcoming and comfortable. The kids either swam in the pool or got in the kayaks and went across to the beach. There were daily visits from sea turtles and the neighbors were so kind!"

"Property is beautiful and well maintained. Dock is in great condition. Our 43’ center console fit easily and depth was not an issue. This is a great location to use as a base especially if you are boaters. Customs/Immigration came directly to the house to check us in. Beautiful views in a very relaxing setting. We will be back!"

"Second time staying here. The location works great for us and the owner is very responsive at answering our questions. The home is perfect for our family who love the easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. People that stay/live there are friendly and even alerted us to a rocket launch that was happening , which was pretty cool to witness."
