"we stayed here for a week and it was a great stay! felt very safe in the area, walkable from WTC and lots of shopping and food nearby! subways on every corner. room was simple but nice, great views, and staff was always available when needed and housekeeping too. would consider coming back here on next visit to NYC!! :)"

"Best customer service. They upgraded me for free and were very accommodating to everything I needed during my stay!"
