"Aside from the convenient transportation, I really can’t think of any other redeeming qualities."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Buena ubicación pero estar listo a que haya mucho ruido alrededor, cuartos no en el mejor estado, duchas con poca presion"

No late check out - check in early $25 fee which was ridiculous as I said hotel was not cheap. Everything in the room was old and felt old-blankets etc. I’ve stayed at the Biltmore Hotel also 100 years old, totally difference and cheaper in price to...

"Always a great stay!"

"Great service"

"Not really any complaints. Staff was good. Room was fine. Building is older and the bathrooms were old. But it worked out well for us."
