"Our room was absolutely gorgeous ! Had all necessities you could need (minus a wardrobe) and staff were very lovely! Literally a 2 minute walk from the main town and was right by a view point as well where you could see the balloons. Breakfast was very nice and you are always tended too."

"Great location and fantastic service?"

"Such a charming hotel and excellent staff! The restaurant was lovely and the courtyard and seating areas were so relaxing. Highly recommend!"

"This property, staff, location, breakfast, kindness, help we received deserve 10 stars. They help with parking, taxi, excursions, restaurant recommendations, help to carry your suitcases in and out and are the most carrying and polite staff ever. The rooms are very nicely decorated, authentic cave and stone mix and quite large, plenty of hot water, have air conditioning, toiletries and also a safety deposit box and TV. Location is very safe. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace (you have to...

The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the staff’s friendliness adds warmth to every interaction. Breakfast was delightful, with thoughtful touches that start the day beautifully. Its location is ideal — just steps away from restaurants and pleasant walking areas, making it both relaxing and convenient. Must definitely recommend coming and would love to return with...

"Lovely hotel right in the middle of everything. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were extremely friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was delicious but drinks overpriced. Moniq was a delight to meet! Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"The roof top can be used for guests with a nice bar or maybe some activities early in the morning for watching balloons."

"The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, we were not satisfied with the room, as small pieces of debris were falling from the ceiling. Additionally, unpleasant smells from the adjoining kitchen were entering the room."

"It's a good hotel with a good location. The terrace and its staff, especially Victory, are very friendly. Lovely view."

"This is a fantastic hotel! We stayed in the King Suite room which was very large and clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Cappadocia. The rooftop terraces provide an excellent view of the hot air balloons in the morning. Breakfast is substantial and omelettes are made to order. The staff is very helpful with any questions and restaurant recommendations. The manager assisted with booking our hot air balloon tour with Butterfly Balloons (you must take this tour!) and also our...
