"The hotel is in a good area, very easy to find restaurants, coffee shops etc. The building is kind of old but anyway is comfortable. Early morning you just need to open the window and you will see the balloons. Also they have a little terrace, it is nice to drink coffee and enjoy the view. "
"I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! Maybe it’s low season for tourists, they upgraded my room and it’s even more spacious than the one I booked.
The jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were in use as it was freezing outside. There’s a little garden in front of the room that you can overlook the whole town. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good too! "
"Beautiful and well located hotel. Great breakfast. In the upper corner of the city, thus quieter. Great pool. Staff very helpful, and supported booking all the attractions, including balloon rides, tours and transports from and to airport. Make sure to ask receipts for your individual transactions, since different companies are involved. Manager Malik, a highly traveled and experienced professional, was amazing. The hotel puppies were the cherry on the top! Highly recommend it "
