"Kinda outdated."

"Great location other than the language barrier, Female resturant speacialist at the enterance on morning shift was kinda of rude, due to the language barrier, after requesting a dish and was charged for a full buffet, which wasnt requested. she should be replaced due to the attitude issue. Other than that the location was great!!"

"Staff and hotel are great for the price, the only thing that bothered us was the elevators but everything else was great for the price"

"Friendly environment and reasonable rate"

"The breakfast was not great and the hotel was packed due to a Jehovah’s Witness conference. Too many people for the elevators they had. It took forever to get up or down."

"Quit location. There was a music bar during my stay that allowed me to unwind after a long flight."

"Staff"

"Perfect for our stay in Manila. Located in BGC, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to wonderful shops, dining, museums and parks. The in room washer dryer was an excellent bonus, and the room was large and included a full kitchen, not that we used it. The staff was a pleasure and the breakfast was delicious! Definitely include it with your booking, it’s worth it! One recommendation is to skip the SEDA rooftop restaurant/bar and go to the one at Grand Hyatt."

"Amazing property"

"Amazing view of the city from the swimming pool. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds"

"Great staff, breakfast dining is e we wonderful and elegant. Room is very clean, spacious and feel very homelike environment. Location is near to Mall of Asia the biggest shopping mall in Asia. Close to other fine dining restaurant. Transportation is available upon request to the front desk. Most of all the entrance is very inviting and safe. They screen people’s belongings through scanning machine upon entering the building with security guards 24 hours. No one can enter except if you a...

"We stayed at this property on two separate occasions. During our first week, we stayed in room #1502, which had a very strong sewer odor, and the bathroom toilet was leaking. Instead of moving us to another room or properly addressing the issue, the hotel staff simply sprayed the room to temporarily mask the unpleasant smell. The leak was never repaired, and surprisingly, we were blamed for the water on the floor because we had hung up some wet clothes. We also discovered that the septic tank...
