"To be honest, I did not have accurate information from them at the time of booking. My room was booked for me as standard room, there was no TV and no safety deposit box. "When we arrived it was kind of early for checking but our room was ready. Our sink was clogged and smelled really bad but they came really quickly and fixed the problem."

"I love the style of the hotel and very helpful staff. The shuttle free to go to the Medina wonderful. Thanks"
