"The hotel room has a very small bathroom with limited space around the sink for basic toiletries. Also, there are insufficient hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes and towels. The hotel also does not provide daily housekeeping services."

"The amenities provided with the accomodation is good"

"Great location and a cute little town. Activity center is nice if you have kids. Gym was closed down. Rooms are a little old. Overall nice hotel for the budget."

"We had an overnight stay, and it was a pleasant hotel. They did appear to be short staffed for some of the stay, which may have reflected a little in service. The room had everything we needed, breakfast was tasty, and we can’t complain overall on the stay"

"Is this a hotel or is it apartments for foreign workers?"

"Toilet was broken and window in the bathroom wouldn’t close. People were nice and property was older. Bed was not good. Mattress is old and not comfortable"

"Lovely room cosy with a great shower."

"The pool is only open till 6 PM, and the town surrounding closes down around 5:30 PM. Nearby is fantastic for touring. We did the falconry and loved it."

"Absolutely incredible place to stay! Hosts are lovely, Rosie is a treat, and the property couldn’t be in a better location to explore Nairn and the area. Can’t recommend enough!"

"Beautiful exterior and well located but thats about it. Advertised as a 4 star but did not have an open resturant, pool, gym or even basic help with luggage. All the scottish staff were very warm but the manager was extremely rude."

"Lo mejor del lugar es la amabilidad del personal, el lugar está hermoso y muy auténtico… la comida es deliciosa el sea bass y el New York son un must"

"Excellent hotel with good parking etc"

"Room was very clean and cosy, bed was very comfortable"

"Room nothing like the photos. Broken sky light with no blind. Wall paper peeling off. Filthy carpets, stained and very very unpleasant. Checked out after being there for 1/2 hour and just got " sorry". I have stayed in some unpleasant places but this was frankly disgusting . Waste of money, no refund offered"

"Perfect for what I needed. Had food in evening which was really good. Location great"

"Hotel was very quiet. Room was ok, bathroom could have been cleaner."
