I checked in about 7:00pm and my Booked room had been given to another guest. I was given the “last” room - a twin with basin in the room (tells you how outdated it was). Website also clearly states bar is open till 12 for guests. By the time I picked my partner up from Inverness airport and got back to hotel about 11:20pm (both looking forward to a “refreshment” after her delayed flight) everything was closed down for the night. Poor accommodation Poor service from staff giving a specified room to another guest Poor service not providing what’s declared on their website However to be fair - breakfast staff and breakfast was really good. But damage was done by then

Absolutely lovely place! Staff was so kind and friendly, Sam, Angela, Chris, and Nick were all just the best. Breakfast was delicious and the portions were very generous. I prefer yogurt in the mornings and they were happy to store it and my lactose free creamer in the frig. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful hotel. We had a lovely big room with really nice bathroom which we've found is always the room which often is a bit tatty in other hotels. We had our labrador with us and staff spoilt her rotten. Great location for going off for the day. Breakfasts superb, cooked to order. Staff were really nice and helpful. Felt like leaving friends when we left.

Lovely hotel ,bedroom immaculate, fabulous power shower , comfy bed and very quiet ,excellent nights sleep , breakfast fabulous, again. We had a comfortable stay for one night. The room was spacious and though we were near a busy road the double glazing blocked out any noise. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. We also had a hearty breakfast which set us up for the drive ahead.

Lovely overnight stay prior to leaving for the airport the next morning. Wonderful staff, lovely "small" but comfy room for 2. Dinner in the bar/restaurant was wonderful and Connor was great- with meal recommendations and helping us settle into our rom for the night. Breakfast, included, was wonderful, offering a full Highlands breakfast.

Great stay!

Loved this place and the people. We came in very late after a long flight and they were expecting us, eagerly greeted us and helped us upstairs with our luggage. Great room, USB chargers in the lamp bases. Great breakfast in the morning in the former homes sitting room. Super friendly, and even a history lesson of the property. Highly recommend!

Perfectly maintained beautiful older home, very charming. Loved the bar and food options, Making it convenient for our last night and early exit to the airport next morning.
