"Beautiful, beautiful hotel. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Loved my stay!"

"Room services good"

"The hotel was very good overall. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We also received a room upgrade thanks to our Expedia Platinum status, which was a nice benefit, and the room itself was very spacious. "Great experience overall. Decent room, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and nice restaurant. Started badly as they cocked up my taxi booking from the airport, but they sorted it and apologised. "Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities, spa was wonderful. Pool, hot tub, great food and staff was top notch. Loved the local dog Holi too."

"I was greeted by name and a smile from Fernando. The room was very nice. Before I left that morning, I noticed a loose screw on my luggage. They were able to tighten the screw. Staff was great!"

"Excelente servicio del personal. Excelente limpieza de la propiedad. Buena ubicación. Todo excelente"

"Beautiful hotel and room!! Fantastic restaurant, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Great hotel and great customer service highly recommended!"

"Amazing breakfast, staff, comfy bed, and location. I will definitely go back when I am in Quito. Also a huge shoutout to the driver, the hotel sent to pick us up, and dropped us off at the airport Christian what a delight."

"Best lux-eco adventure holiday you'll have. Cloud forest hikes, expert guide, flora-fauna discovery, waterfall swims, sky-pedal over canopy, excellent food, perfect spa, in a loose structure. Great four day ending to Galapagos adventures."

"A conveniently located hotel near the Quito airport! Serve a good breakfast for not too much money and has a nice garden and view over the city and surrounding mountains."
