"Good"

"Not a fan of the hotel but the Lofts were amazing!"

"Great location and clean rooms. I wish they had coffee in the morning. We had an end room with a pretty view."

"I never saw where breakfast was supposed to be served, the coffee in the room was terrible. I use Green Mountain at home but it tasted totally different, not sure why. Maid left an envelope for a tip but my room was never cleaned. Wastebaskets were emptied, but bed wasn't made, towels were not picked up or changed. I asked for ice at the front desk so I could ice a bad foot. It never came in the 2 hours I waited. Asked again when I got back after a cocktail party, finally arrived a 1/2 hour later. Room was clean when I arrived and bed was comfortable, but I'd give it an average rating "

"Beautiful lobby and helpful staff. The room itself was small and a bit worn, though clean. Decent value for the price, but the lobby set my expectations high for the room which was a bit disappointing. Location is excellent."
