"I think each room is different in this hotel, but I got a lovely room with a little sitting area which was a lovely surprise. Then I found out the included breakfast was a sit down restaurant with amazing food!! So wonderful!! The “Neighborhood Signatures” breakfasts cost a bit extra, but every breakfast I had was delicious and lasted me well through lunch. Highly recommend!!"

The technician Lando was very professional. When the problem could not be resolved, the technician and the receptionist coordinated a swift seamless room change."

"Check in was fairly smooth and the room was nice. I was missing two towels; I notified the front desk the next morning and asked for one towel. When housekeeping came they replaced all washcloths, face towels, and towels with fresh ones. I would stay there again. "
