However , it's still lacking in details. 1) the path to getvto the hotel is rough and hard to navigate , 2) the reservation system is not up to scrap and need modernisation , 3) the built suffered in storm , 4) out driver didn't revive a lunch box where we got one from every other lodge . "It is a great place for the price. But needs to have better internet service. It was none and ot is hard to plan your safaris without conectivity. The service of the hostess was very good, specially Febronia in the restaurant. "

"They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great."

"Very comfortable stay. We spent 6 nights at the Lodge over Christmas and had a great time, exploring Manyara National Park and the local area. Lovely to have wildlife in the camp, wondering around. Lovely swimming pool, great food and very, very helpful staff; we were looked after very well."

"This is a challenging review to write. The property is lovely and the staff was kind-though limited in their ability to resolve the issues. If you are looking for secluded, beautiful and restful, this could be the place for you. However it is located far from any town and further from many of the sites we chose to visit.
