"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the end of a 19 day safari. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The pool and the air conditioning were both enjoyed. We had a 6 am flight, we were up to get a 3 am shuttle and there was fresh coffee and a breakfast box. We would stay again."

"I read some negative reviews before check in and I do not understand them at all. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good (we ate lunch, 2 dinners and breakfast), we had air conditioning and a hot shower. The pool area was nice and the bar made proper cocktails- the first in our 3 weeks in Africa. We stayed 2 nights and would recommend. The airport shuttle left right when it was booked, even though it was 4 am."

"I really recommend Áurica hotel, the staff it’s very kind attentive, the room was so clean, and the food was so fresh and delicious."

"Nice oasis close to Arusha and Moshi. Good springboard to whatever you want to do in the Kilimanjaro Arusha area"

"Absolutely legendary experience at Aya Sophia Wildlife Hotel in Arusha. The best place to enjoy our honeymoon and bask in the sun, crystal blue pool, hit sauna and steam rooms, high tech gym, 5 star cuisine and the amazing animals relaxing within the hotel grounds. Highly recommended all year round."

"The grounds and facilities are immaculate and the property is beautiful and has a lot of character-- very peaceful, with a river running by. I was in Arusha on business and did not want to stay in the city. My stay was perfect, except that I had trouble with the internet most days and in most locations on the property. For a vacation/adventure traveler that will be irrelevant. Having stayed in many places in and around Arusha and Usa River over the last 20 years, I can say that this was one...

"Property description said mall area, not true. This area is more of a truck and rest stop. Nothing nearby. Impossible to get taxi at night. Room was clean and large. People were very nice and staff extremely willing to meet any requests although language was a barrier. "

"With such a low daily cost, I was worried it would be minimal. But to my pleasant surprise, the room I was given was very modern looking. It had its own bathroom, and plugs for charging along with strong WiFi. Nice comfortable queen sized bed and a bunk bed. Deborah and her husband were very attentive hosts. They arranged transportation to the airport for me. The meals were low priced, tasty and plentiful. The compound has a basketball court as advertised. There were also fruit trees and...

"Vanskelig å finne, ikke så bra toalett og dusj"

"Very nice"

"Stayed here as a solo traveller prior to safari. Property was very peaceful, and staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Meals were also quite good and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend."

"Incredible service while the country was pretty much off following the elections. They managed to get us a taxi to the airport and kept us well fed in a quiet place the whole time. Very pleasant and charming places with great people "

"This experience far exceeded my expectations. My stay at Moyoni was due to a long layover in Kilimanjaro. The hospitality shown by staff, the high quality food in the restaurant and my room, with its stunning view, made the whole stay unforgettable. Highly recommended."

"Very nice property for stay in Arusha. Outside the city - quite place."

"I had a great stay there and such a great host. Belinda very nice person she waited for me patiently as my flight got there pretty late. Very attentive and just good people. "

"This was the perfect location for us to recover from a long flight from Canada. Relaxing, peaceful and excellent hosts! It is a bit out of the way, there are no restaurants walking distance but a short taxi away. They have a kitchen on site with a set menu. Be sure to book your taxi well in advance and brings snacks."
