"This was the best caravan that we’ve ever stayed in,it had all the amenities you get at home, dishwasher, fridge freezer, big tv was superb, with loads of channels,we had a problem where the gas bottle ran out, which was replaced immediately the morning after, the owner was a pleasure to deal with, and if we stay in that area,we will definitely stay there again"

"Hotel and staff were excellent.I had a bad experience at another hotel in Peterborough that didn’t accommodate my disabled friend well. I booked this at very short notice and they could not be more accommodating. Hotel was spotless, food excellent. The onsite restaurant was absolutely delicious- it’s a grill/steak restaurant- very high quality. Will definitely return."

"I loved my stay at the white heart hotel Lincoln. The staff were great, the hotel was lovely and the bed was comfortable."

"Perfect 2 night stay with my family. Room was comfortable and clean. Plenty choice for breakfast. Great location to explore the city."

"I would highly recommended this caravan. The site & caravan are easy to find. "Good food and drink at the pub that is separate from the accommodation. Slight problem on check in as they had given us a double room instead of a twin, despite sending an email prior to arrival requesting a twin. Staff shortages meant it was a while before the bed situation was sorted but we were in the bar by then so not really an issue. The receptionist was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue so bonus points to her."

"Housekeeping staff always very friendly and carry out an excellent job. Room always clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly. In fact all hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of food."

"Very delicious food, generous breakfast and lunch and dinner options. Outdated and worn out interiors. Not very clean or fresh room. Good parking."

"The room was clean as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good"
