"No, no, no and one more time NO.
Place looks amazing, yet the service requires much improvement.
I wanted to have some sleep, yet guests of the room opposite to mine had a party in their room and hallway. I called reception to come and calm them down, yet I was ignored.
Instead of having nice 8 hrs sleep I had 4 hrs and I missed my breakfast. Morning receptionist was very apologetic yet absolutely useless."

"Een informatiemap (wifi code etc) ontbrak. Het mandje waarin de waterkoker stond was smoezelig en er was alleen maar rooibos thee.
Het geweldige ontbijt maakte alles goed. Eigen gebakken broodjes, vlaaien, taart, vleeswaren en kaas in overvoed."
