It was rainy so didn’t use the hot tubs, hammock, etc. but it was all there."

"Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. "

"Super clean and private cabins! Really liked how we could come and go from our own private area. I loved how much space we had in the 1 bedroom cabin including the full kitchen. The only downside is the shower as it’s tiny (like 3ft x 3ft). There were free-to-use kayaks by the lake. The swimming pool and game room were a great bonus and they had dvds free to borrow. Will definitely be coming again!"

I went to the manager and asked if there was a possibility of getting a refund for the night even though we had booked through a third party. He was the most helpful person I have ever encountered at a place of lodging. He determined that we could get a refund so that we could be on our way, and gave me details on how to do so.
