"Overall the experience was positive. We arrived at midnight and staff was still readily available to assist. They even left a late night snack in our room upon arrival. If you are seeking a more laid back resort, it certainly fits the bill. I hoped for more activities available on site. The resort went into quiet mode after 10pm. Also I noticed they had a notification board for information but having daily itineraries either available in print in the room or on the tv would have been helpful....

"Nothing at all to complain about regarding the hotel, it was excellent, but just note that the bay and the tide makes it not ideal for swimming/bathing at all times. But on the other hand, there is a looong pool available, so if the idea is to exercise swimming, this pool was excellent."

"We can’t thank the staff at white paradise enough. We stayed for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place. The food is unbelievable, all à la carte rather than your all inclusive buffet. The grounds and hotel itself are stunning, the staff are so welcoming and are always happy to help you. We’d like to thank Clara for always being on hand, as well as all of the bar/restaurant staff for accommodating all our needs, it was an unforgettable honeymoon."

"Excellent location. We had money go missing from our room. Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. "What a thoughtfully curated hotel. They were extremely responsive and helpful with coordination of all travels and excursions. The staff were warm welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. They always had a smile on their faces. Special shout out to Raphael. Manages quality one day! Very unique hotel experience that I highly recommend! And the food… wow. Shout out to the chef very impressive. We hope to be back."

"Die Hotelmanagerin ist ein wahrer Schatz, sie gibt alles damit man sich wohlfühlt und hat ehrliches Interesse. Das Servicepersonal ist perfekt geschult und sehr freundlich. Die Menschen machen in diesem Hotel wirklich den Unterschied, jeder hat sich sehr bemüht dass es uns gut geht. Es gibt viele Liegen am Strand und Pool und wir hatten unsere absolute Ruhe.
