"Amazing stay with my husband & two Sons. We are from England, so loved the cultural differences in this hotel. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was round the corner from Kyoto Station. Accessible to subway & meeting points for day trips. Traditional breakfast, which was excellent. They even accommodated me, as vegetarian. We loved the traditional Japanese onken & the yakatas provided for us to relax in. I would whole-heartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay & a cultural...

"The hotel and staff were great! A little far from the center of the city but there is a train station two blocked away which made it so convenient. And loved that it was so quiet in that neighborhood."

"The location is excellent."

"Excellent room, good size for 3 people, good utilities, good location."

"Excellent for solo travelers. Not a big room, but a nice place to sleep and rest in between your explorations of Tokyo. If you plan to be out most of the day, this place is fine and easy to stay at."

"The hotel is a resort . It had a bar, restaurants, sky deck pool, and a 7-11 on the fourth floor! So convenient. I didn’t have to go very far! The resort was about 3 blocks from all major nightlife! And shopping . There is also a 7-11 across the street. The room was a good size bed was comfortable and it had a great view of Osaka! So beautiful! We didn’t have to go far! We loved this hotel and will book next time in Osaka !"

"The room was clean, but it could have been vacuumed a little better. It was interesting there is not a vent/fan in the bathroom, but you also have to keep the bathroom door closed when showering so the steam does not set off the fire alarm. This may be difficult for some to deal with when they take hot showers. The staff was very friendly and although the hotel is large, it is easy to navigate. Having convenience stores so close was also super helpful, especially when we had to express check out...

"Note: this is a traditional style ryokan meaning no shoes beyond the reception area of the building. Socks are provided to wear in the building. Great location just a 5 minute walk from a JR and subway line entry point. Busses heading towards all the major tourists attractions also meet on the same block as the hotel. Onsen was excellent after a long day of walking. Free soba between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm, free ice cream all night. I took at least 5 a night. Staff were great, free wash and 100...
