"Great location in downtown close to Lambton quay with shopping and restaurants aplenty. Parking available at a fee which is handy and also convenient being along the side of the hotel. Our room was a 1 bedroom with separate lounge/kitchenette so space was comfortable as were the beds. Bathroom is tight however with very small shower cubicle only so if you are above average size you will struggle. Overall great stay so would recommend."

"It is as funky as the photos! Everything we needed, with some fun not just a white room. Not that sound proof but that's an old building fur you. Great location and super friendly staff"

"The only thing that i did not like is the parking. It should be free. Yet i was still charged $45 per car. Annoying."

But the downside was that it was at the fornt of the hotel, on Vivian Street, and sadly quite noisy. This time, I was here for a week, in a basic room. And I was more than happy with it. Although not a lot of room to snack and store clothes, it was immaculately clean and modern - and most importantly of all, quiet. The only downside was that being on Level 1, it had the carpark right...

"Beautiful hotel. Small but nice rooms that are perfect for just sleeping for a few nights. Excellently stationed just off of Courtenay place and the staff are always lovely. Would happily stay here again."

"It was noisy and hear the other guests in the place."
