"Nice hotel in central Wellington - modern, clean rooms with guest parking for a fee. The TV didn't work very well during our stay and the glass design of the bathroom might make it feel less private to some. These were the only issues with our stay Despite this, I would stay here again - it's good value for money and very well located"

"Fantastic. Right in the Wellington Airport. Easy to find. Thick windows no airplane noise. Super comfy bed. And dynamite breakfast buffet (not included with room but only $20USD. They have one at Sydney Airport as well. Top notch all around"

"Beware of the bond they charge. It takes them 5 to 7 days to return you the money which quite annoying to be fair. Parking is extra $15 per night and the parking spot are tinny."

"Very good location and good lift connection to Lampton Quay. Parking was fine but it could not be booked on Expedia . After booking thru Expedia I booked parking direct with Gilmour but I would not have been happy if none had been available."

"Attention to detail can be improved. Free2air TV screen isn't functioning and for tariff expect SMART TV would be installed. Cleanliness can be improved. Unclean Furniture surfaces etc. Location handy to all amenities."

"I always try and stay here when I’m in Wellington but wow the property is starting to age. Tiles coming away in the shower, damaged sinks, frayed bedding and damaged carpets at entryways and stains everywhere. It really needs an upgrade already. Not worth what they charge anymore even though the location is amazing and the overall vibe is still awesome. "

"The staff are amazing from the first I stepped into the lobby, to the room cleaning and the kitchen staff. When we arrived for bfast every morning the staff are vibrant and welcoming. Definitely would book a stay again in this hotel."

"I thought the front office and bar manager who attended to us with questions were very helpful and pleasant. Checking in and out was seamless. Location of the hotel is amazing for getting pubs and the waterfront."

"The unit was very dated and not well maintained. Carpet appeared to be new. Although the unit wasn't dirty, the cleaning wasn't up to scratch. Backs of doors were dirty, cobwebs around windows, hair in drawers and mold around windows. One small heater for the whole unit. There were no spare pillows or blankets available. Good location with plenty of space in the unit though."

"If you are 20 and looking for a place to store your stuff while you are partying in Wgtn, this place is perfect. If you want to sleep or be somewhere hygienic this is not the place for you. The walls are paper thin to the point you can hear people’s individual conversations. All night long. The security light in the hallway does not turn off and will shine through the cracks in your door so that it is never completely dark. The kitchen is filthy and I would not prepare my food there if you paid...

"This is a great place to stay- central location to surrounding areas, shopping and eateries in Petone. We used parking facility and felt this was a great option due to limited parking in area. We felt very safe in this facility. Staff are very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and noted some cracked tiles in bathroom which have been highlighted with management. We will definitely stay there again"
