"仁川空港から近いしレストランも多いので場所的には凄く良いですが、フロントスタッフの対応はいまいちだし、部屋のウォシュレットも壊れていて、ちょっと残念でした。"

"The Ibis Incheon Hotel is very well maintained. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was courteous, friendly, polite, and very helpful. I loved the free hotel shuttle and used it several times while we were there."

"The location is not"

"Surprisingly nice hotel. Highly recommended!"

"No one was at the desk when I entered the hotel reception area (it was a Saturday afternoon during regular business hours). I have to wait for at least 15 minutes or so before a guy showed up who spoke poor English. The chairs in the reception area were so old that the chair surface had to be taped together. When I complained the WIFI signal was not available, I was told by the front desk to connect any room with a signal - this worked only for a while before I had to switch to another room. ...

"Very convenient location! Close to airport and there is free aiport shuttle bus to the hotel. Clear instruction about getting to, checking in and out. There are several restaurants around. Clean room. There are even washer/dryer in the room although I didn't use them. The only complaint is about the bothroom design. Toilet is too close to the glass door of shower making it uncomfortable. The floor of this bothroom is easy to accumulate water. Overall, still recommend this budget hotel!"

"The address not given in Cantonese"

"Me encantó. La decoración es espectacular y el servicio es lo máximo!! El personal es el broche de oro!! Gran lugar 100% recomendable."

"Check-in went very smoothly, and the staff were polite and friendly. Convenience stores and restaurants are close to the hotel. We stayed there because our flight layover was 16 hours. We’re glad we stayed there and had a good rest."

"good location, close to airport shuttle"

"모든것이. 훌륭함"
