"The staff were very helpful and friendly and when I realised that there was no lift and it would be difficult for me to climb all the stairs to the top floor they relocated me to a floor with fewer stairs. The room was comfortable and quiet and the location is excellent"

"Great hotel. Friendly staff. Great location!! Spa was closed and beds were a little too firm but they did bring me a duvet to help. Would definitely stay there again."

"The Strand Palace hotel was a perfect location for me to visit The LSE. It’s also close to West End theatres. "Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring, Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too! Room was very clean. Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel! Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!"

"all is good"

"The room is significantly smaller than expected but if you're just using it as your base of operations in London it's suitable. There is _very_ limited storage space."

"A great location and well priced for the location."

"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff. The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. I booked a queen and 2 twins room online and they changed it to one queen and one twin. Me and my son are big guys and it was not comfortable for us. They let us do 1 hour late check out instead. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."
