"Unbelievable, dont be fooled on the 6/10rating. I entered to a room w a historical ac which is broken i mean literally broken from comprtement air leaking. They suggested sheets are cold which is fun as well but it was wet. No English speaker, even goodle translate i couldnt tell enough of my problem. After half an hour struggles i left premises and go for another hotel at 9.30 pm "

"I booked to hotel.com and it says that the amount ill pay was including the taxes..but when I arrived in al eairy apartments 4,they charged me again with taxes..and the bathroom in room 4 still not good..it still smell like stool"

"The room was big but was sparsely furnished. The door conditioner worked well but was a bit noisy. The two main things I did not like was there were no towels, no drinking water, and no kettle to heat water. I'm sure I could have gone down and asked for these things but it was after midnight when I checked in and I had to get up early the next morning. There was no phone in the room."

They said no alternate room available Front office - prime time attendant does not speak English nor hotel staff Only alternate receptionist speak English - seemed nice guy- comes for few hours. My confirmed Orbitz reservation did not mean anything to the reception or remote supervisor he called. After discovering horrible room - they would not let me cancel the room. Contacted orbitz by email and got a reply to...
