"Ok"

"Food is very bad"

"My experience at Serenade All Suites Punta Cana was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I would NEVER recommend this resort to anyone. The food was terrible, the service was unacceptable, and the cleanliness of the property was seriously concerning. My room constantly smelled like sewage, the shower water had a rancid odor, and for some inexplicable reason, my bed felt damp every single day. These are unacceptable conditions for any hotel, let alone one advertising itself as a luxury...

"Very fun atmosphere just know if you want to do excursions you’re gonna have to travel by 40 to 45 minutes because you you’re kind of far from the airport and like where all the clubs are at"

"Amazing stay. Just minor inconveniences like elevator not going to 3rd floor. Some parts of resort under construction. But besides that amazing stay, views, and staff."

"We absolutely loved our stay! We visited for my brother’s wedding, and we truly couldn’t have chosen a better resort. Everything was wonderful, from the food and entertainment to the rooms, pools, and beach. The staff made our experience even more special, and we are already looking forward to returning one day! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly that it genuinely felt like we were visiting family rather than staying at a resort. Abrahan made such a lasting impression on my family and me....

"I"

"I'm just going to get to the point. The food is really horrible here... The buffet food has so much waste. They are providing too many options, instead of focusing on quality. My room was clean, the bathroom could use some extra cleaning though.. They have drainage issues (sinks and shower drains). The property has a lot of potential, but there seems so be no one worried about quality assurance. The workers are not very friendly...Everyday I ate pizza and fries, because that was the best thing...

"The best place in DR for kids!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment you get there you are treated like family!!! The property is beautiful and well maintained anything you could want or need is readily available. Luis our morning mimosa server was absolutely amazing and made the trip just a little more special for us!!!!"

"Had fun."

"The lobby bar was great Jordy and Isseal were great they made me their specialties. Make sure to ask Isseal for the pappasito drink. My swim out room was great."
