"The women at the front desk was nice. The first room I was given looked like it had been kicked in and the deadbolt was broken. This is clearly unacceptable so I went back to the front desk and she gave me “better room”on a “better floor”. The “better” room was still gross . There were what looked like blood stains all over the couch . I didn’t even put my suitcase on it . Bottom line this place is a dump. If you can afford $30 more dollars you’ll get a much better experience somewhere else."

"great location, clean and unique rooms and super friendly staff! Downsides: Elevators broke leaving just 1 which was small and slow. I chose to walk up 10 flights of stairs rather than wait 30 minutes. Bathroom sink water was dangerously hot and didn't get warm, it was either cold or burned you. This is on me for not realizing sooner but there wasn't really any amenities. No pool, hot tub, games, outdoor seating area and what they did have, breakfast, you had to pay for. "Such a great place. If we stayed for more than 2 nights we may have used the well stocked kitchen to cook a meal. Such an exceptional suite and property has plenty of activities. Just don't count on the fishing pole rentals. They told me they don't do it any more. Will definitely come back if in area."

"The only issue was the screen door to the balcony was old and didn’t lock. We kept the door open anyway to hear the river. I was a little concerned someone might walk in when we were asleep. Otherwise a great spot right on the river!"

I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful."
