"Der Empfang war freundlich. Unser Zimmer lag im 2. Stock. Da es keinen Aufzug gibt, mussten die Koffer durch das enge, steile Treppenhaus hinauf. Die Frühstück-Auswahl ist zwar überschaubar aber es war sehr gut. Am Nachmittag nutzten wir die Gelegenheit für Snacks und auch beim Abendessen konnten wir nur Loben. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko: Parkplätze gibt es nur im öffentlichen Bereich. Und diese sind kostenpflichtig."

"The perfect size place for our two couples, and wonderfully located to the water and primary commercial district. Extremely comfortable beds, and the place was fully stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our time in Whitstable. The owner clearly identifies the steepness of the stairs (which they are), but at no time did they impact our enjoyment of the space. If you are looking for a good value in the location you want to be, stop looking and book your stay here!"

"Nothing wrong with the stay, but spent days and days longer 'proving' who I was than spent in Whitstable. Truvi even tried to say I needed a passport to travel about forty miles and needed an identity card to collect the keys (they wouldn't accept my senior bus pass). Key holders also wouldn't release the key until I'd made another payment over and above the two-day rent. I'd already paid the owners and was committed, so I sent more money. A complete con, in my opinion. Wouldn't trust anything...
