"Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly."

"Staff was very prompt and easy to navigate. Property was not awesome. Weird smell and not very updated. For fall prices did not feel right."

"I like that the bathroom is very clean, complete with bathroom necessities. I suggest another trash can inside, as it’s unsanitary to carry used tissues outside to throw and to keep guests from flushing them instead. The rest was perfect. The lake view didnt disappoint, i felt one with lake champlain ♥️ Special shoutout to Millicent and Natalie ♥️♥️"

"We didn't use all the amenities but really enjoyed our stay."

"Very noisy. Couldn’t sleep at all plus there was a smoke alarm on the ceiling that flashed every so often to indicate it was working which is fine. But it reflected off the TV and hit whoever was sleeping on the left side right in the eyes. Very poor placement of the TV. Room felt very dysfunctional. Lots of wasted space without useful things to put anything on. Lastly no coffee maker. Small things make a difference when you’re traveling."

"very clean, lovely fall decor @ entrance, very friendly, happy staff. the breakfast is very good, especially the fresh berries!"

"Dump."

"The staff were so incredibly friendly. We came in late, and went to dinner late, still received a great meal and service. Our room was good, with the exception of the room being booked for 4 adults, the pullout couch in main room only slept one adult. The other had to sleep on part of the couch. Also, the room was only set-up for two adults. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would reserve this hotel in the future."

"I liked that they had a kitchen in the room."

"Very friendly and welcoming"

"Don’t book here, Sonesta will not honor the Expedia booking."
