"Stunning hotel. Location, location, location was perfect. Stop looking and start reserving! Had all the upgrades in the room."

"Staffs like Koi were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is clean and close to many restaurants and shopping places. Would stay again."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a lovely atmosphere that made the stay even more special. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. A special mention goes to Rosemary, who was truly exceptional. She has such a beautiful character, a warm and welcoming personality, and a genuine kindness that made a lasting impression. She brought so much life and warmth to...

"Really good stay. Concierge team was exceptional amongst a great overall service experience from the hotel staff."

"Really lovely hotel close to the harbour - its on the quiet side of the river but is great for an evening walk when the city lights up. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and happy to help. Breakfast at the hotel was great, there is a wide variety to choose from. Really enjoyed our stay."

"A great stay. My only advice is ce to potential guests, is that the nearest subway is a 20 minute walk away. Th walk felt safe, even in the evening, however after a busy day out and about, it felt like a very long walk back to the hotel. However, taxis are extremely easy to find and were also cheap, so we used them more than the sun way in the evening."

"Room was clean and hotel was fine for the price."

"Wonderful nightime view. Big enough rooms. Cleaned daily, water refilled daily, clean towels daily. Airconditioning working fine. Were able to store our luggage before check in. Great location. Walking distance to main attractions. Tiny store located beneath the hotel and a bar next to it. No complaints"

"The room is quite large and clean. The sea view is gorgeous. The breakfast is crowded and quality is so so."

"Clean room and free laundry"

"The breakfast was superb and hotel is very near train station."
