Great hotel overall. The staff were amazing and the rooms and the views from the rooms were great. The only issue is that it is located in a quiet part of town away from the glitzy and fun areas. Easy to take a DiDi to these places for 10 RMB however. Gali who works in the concierge area was particularly helpful in planning my trip. We communicated via WeChat before my arrival which made the trip much easier

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We have stayed in other luxury hotels in Chengdu before. This will now be our preferred one. We had a club room . The club lounge had excellent service;, food and drinks. We had breakfast in the main restaurant which was outstanding. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay at a beautiful hotel.

I did spend like 10 Days in Chengdu and also in the Ritz Carlton. All is fine and great. I visited the World Games and everybody in the Hotel did help me a lot to check about possibilities like Metro, Taxi and so on to get to all the facilities. I was really Happy with my amazing room. Thank you to everybody one more time. From the Hotel to Tianfu Square Metro Station is a 12 - 15 Min walk but you can catch Line 1 and 2 to get arround very easy where you wanna go. BIG THANKS TO ALL OF YOU

Very nice hotel in Chengdu. Rooms are very beautiful with nice amenities. Nice bath and a really nice view on Chengdu. Hotel staff is very helpful in organizing your trips and booking tickets and is also very friendly. Hotel it is in a good location near to some scenic places. 2 good restaurants in the hotel (Chinese and western style). Would go back there anytime!
