"Rooms are exactly as shown. Restaurants are excellent especially Vista 18! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all requests. Location was 10/10 Best stay in Victoria so far this property will be our go to always."

"I upgraded to be in a Superior Suite and nothing about the room felt special. There were no “extras” in the room that would normally be standard for the price point. No slippers, no complimentary toiletries - small things that should be considered in the details."

"We stayed there for my husbands BD - it’s lovely and we will be back again."

"It is a pay parking"

"Very easily accessible. Bed was comfortable staff were extremely helpful. A great place to lay your head"

"We had an incredible seven-night stay celebrating a milestone birthday and anniversary. From the moment we opened our suite to find a sweet greeting card and fresh petit fours, the experience was first-class. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and extremely comfortable. Every team member was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Plus, the daily complimentary breakfast was top-notch! We loved every minute of our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our trip in Sooke here! The restaurant was fantastic as well!"

"No milk or real cream for coffee"

"Clean room and facilities. Excellent location and accessible via walking to downtown and other landmarks. Buses stop right infront of the building. Thank you Ronnie for all your assistance"

"The decor in the lobby is impressive. We loved it immediately. The bullet elevator is amazing. Check in was seamless and staff very pleasant. The hotel is a 20 minute walk downtown which suited us because we love to walk. We appreciated the shuttle service to to Harbour Air. A lovely stay."

"This is a nice little spot- clean and tidy and very convenient in the middle of downtown- yet quiet."

"Very friendly check in staff. Perfect location for walking to everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and my favorite breakfast at Floyd's the next day. Repeat customers and we will be back again."

"The Ruby was excellent! Best breaking Victoria."
