Para al servicio al cliente es horrible. Yo en lo personal no vuelvo a hospedarme en este hotel. Estuve una semana entera en este hotel y para hacer reservaciones para los restaurante todas me la rechazaron. Pague premium para nada. "

It’s extremely steep and full of holes that will most definitely scrape the bottom of your car. I was really concerned for my rental. Driving up and down this road, especially at night, was a nightmare....

" One hour into breakfast, there was very limited fruit, granola. The staff did not restock and I felt badly for those customers who arrived in the next 2 hours. This was experienced both days. At dinner, the servers never came to check on us, ask if we needed anything, how our food was. We found them to be quite curt and not customer focused. The drive from Liberia airport was a long one, but totally worth it to drive into the little village of Montezuma and into the jungle paradise of Ylang Ylang. Our room was right on the ocean. "The room and facilities were clean, my only complaint would be the area itself, out of control of the hotel. There was someone sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel when we arrived and there really isn’t much to offer in the area. We only stopped for the night to catch the ferry the next day and thought that there would be more to see. "

"Amazing place, great staff and they respond quickly thru What's App to anything you need. Would stay again, very private. You can't hear anything from the main drag. I'd recommend closing the blinds that face the sun when you leave for the day so it's not as hot when you return, you can ask the cleaning ladies that"
