Firstly when booking, it revealed there was parking onsite but on getting there, it was a disaster with no parking facility, driving around the areas to secure my car, terrible atmosphere from the entrance, unprofessional staff with zero skill that had no idea about the parking facility. "Very good but just looking a bit tired. Sheets and carpets could do with an upgrade."

"Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available."

"Staff were extremely helpful Room was lovely Would definitely stay again"

"We had a wedding to attend and chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced and in good location. We were actually given an apartment which was amazing all facilities you could want. Spotlessly clean actually looked like no one had been in it before. Massive comfortable bed Great little kitchen area would have liked to have stayed longer. All staff were extremely helpful. Free parking. We booked breakfast and again was pleasantly surprised. All cooked fresh lovely ingredients...
