"From our landing to leaving this was a magnificent trip. Grotto Bay is lovely. Minutes from the airport and extremely accommodating staff. The all inclusive package is well worth it. We did a couples massage that was amazing. The blue color of the water and view from our room was breathtaking. I will absolutely go back to Bermuda and Grotto Bay."

"Their biggest pool - the one in their profile picture, was not open. I also resented that they did not have a water refill station, anywhere. They said that my only option for fresh water was to pay $2.50/ per plastic bottle to my room. When I asked if I could drink the sink water, they cautioned against it. It was surprising to me how hard it was to get water here, especially considering that they have a great sauna on the property; you would think hydration would be more of a concern."
