"Everything was excellent apart from the garden furniture it was nice to have a private outdoor space but the cushions on the garden furniture were dirty and some were missing this we thought let the property down that otherwise was perfect"

"This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs."

"Clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. Good parking. Great shower but slow to get hot water. Check in not good. Couldn’t get into room for 45’ because codes would not unlock the door to the room. Finally staff member appeared and gave us a master key. TV wouldn’t work. Poor WiFi. Maid halfway made up bed and emptied waste cans but did not replace used coffee cups, Keurig cups, or water cups. Have to walk to the adjacent motel for morning coffee."

"This property is not what the pictures show! Those photos must be decades old! It is not a bright blue fresh painted place. It is not well-maintained. When we pulled in my kid screamed "Bates Motel!" The exterior was not maintained at all. It had weathered and gray boards with mold all over. We wanted a lodge vibe while in the mountains, but I could have stayed in a nicer hotel for the money I spent here! The hall and stairs and room carpet were nasty and smelled. My bathroom smelled like urine....

"This place has a pretty view if your room is on the front side. There is no air in this facility which was not stated up front. It wasn't that hot when we were there so it was fine. There are fans in the closet. Beds weren't that comfortable and there was no coffee on Sunday. Overall our stay was good but this facility could certainly use some updating."

"Just a very pleasant surprise on many levels. This is a smaller hotel that is newer, yet retains its charm as a unique, mountain type escape. Staff is extremely helpful. Be aware that because this is not a chain, staff hours are not 24/7, so it is worth confirming your arrival time with the hotel directly a day or two in advance to ensure someone is there to greet you and get you checked in. "Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty. "we had an excellent stay, the room bedding was excellent and cleaning. Also there is one separate sitting area/room which is luxury. The backyard has a patio table with chairs which is neat and peaceful. I liked it very much, it exceeded my expectation."
