"Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location"

"Everything was amazing, would highly recommend"

"Check-in at the property took an hour. Totally unacceptable! The woman checking us in decided that we needed to join a “group” for additional benefits but was unable to explain why all this information was required. Our group of 8, opted for twin rooms with two beds, which we got, but the space was so small you had to be careful where you were stepping. The entrance to the bathroom was 10 to 12 inches….definitely a safety hazard! Also, access to the bathtub (shower) was virtually impossible for...

"The staff were friendly and polite. The room was much more spacious than I expected, and I loved having a washer, dryer, and styler in the room. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation and major attractions."

"This was by far the best choice I believe by far. This was my first time visiting Japan with my family including a toddler. The place was very clean, spacious and kid friendly. It was in a quiet neighborhood away from crowds of people. The staff was helpful with directing where to buy necessities and it was walking distance to convenient stores and the train station. Next time I visit I will be staying here again."

"Increíble! El hotel está bastante cerca de la estación de tren shinjuku, era muy bueno después de las largas caminatas en Tokio. Muy cerca de 7/11 y de Lawson 10/10 recomendado. Los desayunos también son bastante accesibles 2500YPI y es buffete :) es buena opción porque en Japón todo abre después de las 11:00 am RECOMENDADO! Saludos 🇲🇽"

"不自由無く過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。"

"Good hotel. Close to the train station"

"We had a wonderful stay here, would come again. It is so close to Disney and right next to a train station and shopping centre. The shuttle bus to Disney was very helpful. We also loved the snacks at the end of the day after returning from our adventures."
