Great hotel tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Jimbocho and several train or metro stations are a short walk away. Very clean and comfy rooms. Staff is really nice! Would definitely stay again :)

Don’t stay here if you are a tattooed female. Did not find staff friendly - in fact found a couple of them rude and condescending….., which was interesting because others I travelled with did not seem to have the same issues (they were not tattooed). I got asked twice to provide evidence I was staying there while inside the building. Would not recommend or stay here again despite the fact the room and location were OK

A good place, close to the Shinagawa station, with pretty rooms and great services. It is a tad noisy during the day and the walls are thin. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and will come back for sure.
