"Lovely relaxed stay at small and friendly hotel. Great for small children with play room, toys, pool table etc. Bus.stop stop outside for links to lake and other transport around hakone. Japanese breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty ."

"Amazing dinner"

"The staff was very nice and helpful and the place was beautiful. Would recommend buying mosquito repellent in advance as the outside was swarming"

"We love our private onsen. Beautiful property, very close to the Ropeway and Sight Seeing Cruise port. Not much of anything else!"

"チェックイン〜チェックアウトまでなんの不便もない。 そんな中、意味深だがスパは別会社かな？？"

"Some of the technology is outdated"

"This is not a Ryokan operated by the owners it's run by a kind staff who are going through a well planned routine but it does lack the personal.touch we would have loved. The pools are nice but they are next to the road so you can hear cars. One of the meals was just ok the other (shabu shabu) was outstanding. So a mixed experience but mid range appropriate at the price."

"The staff very helpful . The food really good. But when taking a shower you se mold in the bathroom."

"Crowded and very loud"

"家族のお誕生日に利用させていただきました。スタッフの方々の対応が、とても素晴らしく、とても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。お誕生日ケーキも蝋燭をつけて、夕食に提供してくださり、大変ありがたかったです。 また、温泉も良く、全てに癒されました。"

"This is a true 5-star hotel and I highly recommend it. Yes, it is expensive but is a beautiful hotel with and excellent staff and delicious food."

"Gorgeous hotel with clean and spacious rooms with good mattresses. We loved the private onsen option as well as the afternoon drinks and snacks. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful mountain oasis"
