"We really enjoyed private hot spring. The staff was very kind and helpful. Expedia Gold status wasn’t really what it was described, disappointing. In general, otherwise Hôtel staying was great!"

"大浴場が設置されて体を休める事はできたのですが、掛け湯やジェットバスが故障していたのは少し残念でした。 しかし、朝食ビュッフェの質がよかったのとコンビニがホテル内にあり利便性は良いと思いました。"

"Wonderful stay in a nice room with bath on deck. Food was enjoyable"

"The staff was very nice and helpful and the place was beautiful. Would recommend buying mosquito repellent in advance as the outside was swarming"

"Lovely staff, wonderful meals and a beautiful building (from the outside). Unfortunately the hallways were really musty and run down and the room, while gorgeous (we had our own outdoor onsen, which was divine!), was really damp. The bedding felt damp and the pillows were hard as rocks. Incredible history in this building, with a quirky little museum to wander, but it needs to be renovated."

"チェックイン〜チェックアウトまでなんの不便もない。 そんな中、意味深だがスパは別会社かな？？"

"A little disappointed with our stay, the staff were lovely we went to the lakeside grill after booking a table, for a buffet it was expensive and the food was subpar and not as advertised on the video signs. As the weather wasn’t favourable we decided to leave early and didn’t even stay for breakfast. There is a lot of potential for improvement it needs reinvestment and an update it’s in a wonderful place but needs to match that with amenities."

"Me encantoooo ♡♡♡♡♡♡"
